Srisha Global Capital LLP was formed in 2026 as a Limited Liability Partnership registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) in GIFT City IFSC, Gandhinagar. The LLP was constituted to consolidate the international investment activities of the Srinivasan family group within an IFSC-regulated structure.

The parent enterprise of the group is Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited, a manufacturing company headquartered in Coimbatore. The LLP operates as a distinct legal entity and is capitalised exclusively from the partners' own resources. It does not solicit, manage, or accept funds from third parties.

The Firm invests proprietary capital across global markets, with activity spanning listed equity, fixed income, and selected structured instruments in permissible jurisdictions. Investment decisions are guided by a long-horizon, capital-preservation orientation rather than short-term trading objectives.

GIFT City IFSC provides the regulatory and operational framework for the Firm's international activities. By operating from the IFSC, the LLP is subject to substance, governance, and disclosure obligations administered by IFSCA, and works with IFSC banking units, custodians, and service providers.

The LLP maintains a deliberately small operating footprint. Its governance structure includes designated partners, a Principal Officer, and a Compliance Officer, each based in GIFT City and responsible for the conduct of the Firm's regulated activities.
